iPhone Refund
I attended the iPhone launch on the 16th of October, i purchased a 6S Cash. i paid with a credit card and the money was debited of my account.<br> <br> I woke up on Saturday to find the money was back in my account, i sent MTN various messages over twitter regarding this and they said they would call me, which they haven't.<br> <br> I then tried every avenue to contact MTN, it went around in circles. I eventually got though to reception and they too were very unhelpful. i am still stuck in the air. <br> <br> All i wanted to do was be honest, but it looks like MTN don't care at all. This is very disappointing. <br> <br> I was considering switching to them after the amazing launch, but i have since changed my mind, if this is the way we get treated and even worse for trying to help sort out an honest issue.
