IPhone new from the repair center does not work

I have a contract with mtn for an iphone 6. I had damaged the screen initially but I had also taken insurance with mtn. The process took 2 months for the phone to be returned to me only to find out that the phone is faulty.I stand to loose the phone for another 6 weeks for repairs and I'm still paying for the contract. I doubt I will also get a loan phone as mtn has always issues with providing one. I am seriously regretting getting into a contract with mtn as they have lost the meaning of customer care. I cannot continue paying for a service that I do not get. It's plain **************** on mtn's part to get into a contract and not care about the after service of it's clients. Mtn is surely loosing their brand as a good service provider and I'm appalled at the way I am being treated.
