iPhone damaged beyond repair

iPhone sent from MTN Eastgate to HVRC to repair cracked screen. iPhone damaged at HVRC to force me to purchase another iPhone. I do have an e-mail thread of my complaint to the repair company HVRC and MTN, neither are responding to any of my concerns of malicious damage to my iPhone or my questions of the damage incurred while in their care. I paid the initial quotation fee, and am now forced to pay another quotation fee due to me questioning why my iPhone was damaged beyond repair or usual use. It appears to me that MTN/HVRC have purposely damaged my iPhone to force me to purchase another one from them. When I took in the iPhone only the screen was cracked and was still usable but now due to the additional damage they caused it is useless. They have had my phone since November 2015.

Hello CraigForbes,

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.

Kindly note we've now contacted the management team within our High Volume Repair Centre.

We've requested them to investigate and possibly provide pictures of the damage you claim was done to the device during the repair process. Also note that at any time a device is repaired, the technician working on the device needs to open up and remove certain parts to assess the device internally.

We will be able to determine exactly what happened once we have the correspondence and pictures for review.

Regards
Tim
