IPHONE 7 256GB R399 NOT AVAILABLE AS ADVERTISED IN BROCHURE

On 17 & 22 August 2018, I went to the MTN store on Thibault square, in Cape Town, to apply for a contract upgrade on the IPHONE 7 256GB R399, as advertised in the last published catalogue or brochure. Unfortunately, I was advised by the consultant (Saeed) that the phone was not available and that it would take approximately a month before the phone becomes available again. In search of a second opinion, on 23 & 26 August, I went to the MTN store in Canal Walk, Cape Town and the consultant there, Jasmine, advised differently. She confirmed that it would be available in a week but not guaranteed. In addition, she confirmed that, should we not receive the phone by then that I would not get it for the same price anymore. The latter, I am unfortunately not in agreement with, as at the time that I went for the phone that was the price and remains the price I wish to pay, when the phone eventually becomes available again. To resolve my problem, I would appreciate if the phone could be sourced to me before the deal closes, in order to receive the deal on the price advertised. If not possible, I will wait till the phone becomes available but receive the phone at the same price advertised, at the time I went for the deal, as stated above.
