iPhone 6 Plus not repaired

I took my iPhone 6 Plus which is still on warranty in for repairs at MTN CHECKERS BRANCH in Welkom, Free State around 14 August 2015 after it died on me by just switching off. The phone wasn't completely off as calls could still go through on the black screen but as a result of that I could only feel it vibrate and not do much about it. Somehow the phone's position couldn't be located as that made the repair process to go till end of October 2015 after countless follow-ups. I don't reside in Welkom full-time, but the first thing I did when I got back from Limpopo in December 2015 was to go get my phone. Now this is where I feel I was undermined as a customer, the whole time I was under the impression I was going to get a brand new phone, as told telephonically when I called to check. The phone they gave me was named issac'siphone, which only proves they gave me a second-hand phone which obviously had the same problems as mine, my charger was also torn when I got it back. Last night \issac'siphone""; MTN should respect it's customers and stop giving us second hand items;it's disrespectful."""
