Iphone 6 plus camera doesn't focus
my Iphone 6 plus i got from MTN about 8 months ago, the rear camera stopped focusing.<br> I took the phone to a apple store and they told me it is a problem with the new iphone and they have had lots of people with the same problem, they told me to take the phone to MTN and they should fix it for me.<br> The MTN shop told me that im out of their 6 month warranty period (on my Iphone box it clearly states 12 month warranty) and they sent my phone in for the repair. i got a quote for R7530 to repair the camera. i then asked for my phone to be returned to me because that is just crazy to fix my camera, ive been waiting 2 months now for my phone to be returned. They refused to fix it under any warranty even though it clearly states 12 month warranty on the box!!! <br> this is pathetic service from MTN. its a R17000 phone!!! much rather take my business to Vodacom!!!

Kindly note that if the quotation given to you is rejected there is a R330.00 Incl. Vat rejection fee charged.
The device/s will only be returned, provided that you have made payment in full of all applicable charges and service fees due to MTN. MTN reserves the right to dispose of Devices where Devices remain uncollected for a period of 90 (ninety) days or more or where you fail to make payment. MTN shall endeavour but shall not be obliged to give you notification of such disposal.
Should you already have settled this amount, please contact our repair centre with the proof of payment for the handset to be released.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
