IPHONE 6 Plus bent and not honoring the Warranty

I have an IPHONE 6 Plus that has bent and it is a manufacturing fault - several references to this on the [URL Removed] MTN refuse to acknowledge this as an issue and are playing me off to Apple. Apple refuse to look at IPhone as it is through MTN. I have a R1500 per month contract. I have been messed around for several weeks now and MTN are not prepared to honor the contract. My final resort will to be log a complaint with CPA and get the contract canceled

Hello karlbeaton,

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delayed response.

We could not locate any booking that was done for the device. We will need a technician to physically inspect the device and to determine if it is a factory fault or not.

We will suggest that you visit the service centre once again, take along the paper work, box, all accessories and this correspondence printed. Request the device to be booked in and we request a priority request to be logged with our High Volume Repair Centre. You will then need to supply us with the jobcard number for the booking in order for us to get one of our senior technicians to handle the booking.

Our front line staff have been trained to do visual inspection and advised on their findings. If there is physcial damage to the device that has been caused by the user, it does void the warranty of the device.

Regards
Tim
