iPhone 5 battery replacement program

I am been given the run around by the MTN call centre who keeps referring my to the istore who keeps telling me the device was purchased at MTN. All I want is the faulty unit repaired free of charge as per the Apple free battery replacement program. I have checked my serial number and I qualify for the program. Your call centre agents don't have a clue about this program!

Kindly print the proof that states that you qualify for the battery replacement and hand it over at the nearest MTN store to you with a proof of purchase and the store will assist you accordingly.
