invoicing your way

Good day acc A*** is disconnected after I received a invoice stating nothing is owed when enquiring about why the line is disconnected received a open item report and no explanation as to the invoice and in the same query I wanted to know why for the past 7 moths I was charged R299 instead of R289 as per contract agreement on this I received a message saying that MTN had a tariff increase, first off your tariff increase is yours my contract is my contract you f... up with your invoices know my line disconnected and you give a ****ty explanation of a tariff increase so if you intend on charging R500 tomorrow we must accept a contract is for that amount not only till you ****in decide it must go up and explain why the **** I received a invoice stating 1 thing and then it is not so

Hello R3,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindly note that if you have received an invoice with a Zero balance it means there was a printing error, your invoices are R299 every month.

Please be advised that according to the subscriber agreement form you signed, MTN has a right to review Service fees as the need arises.

We trust you will find the above in order.

Kind Regards
Itumeleng
