Invoices missing for months

They have just stopped sending me my invoices and statements from April 2022. The documents portal does not show these documents as well. 5 months, endless emails, call center calls , later and the issue persists. Seems like no one can just resolve this issue. This just after they put me on the wrong contract and then stopped my caller IDs.
