Invoice dispute

I have cancelled my contract with MTN and send back the unit back to them before 10 days expiry. I was misled as the contract I was given did not suit me. Yesterday I am surprised I got an invoice which I don't understand I need some clarity as this invoice is for what. All this happened last month
