Invalid service suspension

Apparently credit controlling is Greek to this company. My account did go in arrears although my credit limit with the company has not been exceeded. So I did make EFT payments in order to prevent having mt service suspended. Unfortunately with the EFT I made on 28 Ocrober 2017 a typing error with the reference number and the amount could not be allocated to my account.

Without any prior notice my service was just suspended. So I phoned the service provider to enquire about what went wrong as at this stage I wasnt aware of the typing error yet. The helpdesk consultant took a look at my account and notified me that there is absolutely no reason for my account to be suspended and then lifted the suspension. About 4 hours later i attempted to make a phone call just to hear the message about my service being suspended.... (again??? Really??? Why???) So i pho ed again same story. This continued for three days and then i asked to speak to a manager. Only then it was brought under my attention that payments didnt go through. So I sent through the proof of payment and then only I noticed why it didnt go through. (Typing error). So I though okay acceptable human error let's just focus on getting the problem resolved. Sent through the proof of payments apologised for my mistake ect. So I received an e-mail to confirm that payment has been allocated to my account and my suspension has veen lifted. Yet my suspension then never got lifted. So I decided to wait until 30 November (the date the account will be settled via debit order) and so ot did happen. On the 1st of December my suspension has not yet been lifted. (This has been going on for 11 days now) okay so I phone the service provider again to get the suspension lifted and asked whether it will now stay like that or are they planning on suspending my service again??. I was assured by the consultant that it will remain lifted. (Great stuff. Finally this issue is resolved and out of my life.) So on Monday morning 4 December 2017 I wake up and attempt to make a phone call... guess what... your service has veen suspended.. so by this time I am out of patience and done with this issue. Calmly I phone the service provider to enquire about the reason for this suspension... the consultant explains to me that my account shows to be in credit and she will immediately lift the suspension. I am grateful. 4 hours later I attempt to make a phone call.... you will never guess what I hear.... "your service has been suspended"

So Regardless of all the payments and debit orders my suspension Has been lifted on Friday 1 December just so that I can discover my account is again suspended today 4 december after confirmation that all payments have been reflecting and allocated to my account. So I sent my final e-mails out regarding this matter to everyone who was in co tact with me in the credit controller department and explaining that this has now escaled to a point where I do not accept anymore excuses and that the mail was only sent out as a courtesy for allowing them the opportunity to resolve the matter, but that my patience are now depleted and I will take legal action if this issue continues.

Useless service consultants. Really.

Best of all when you phone your service provider on 809 and selct the option to get your suspension lifted. It notifies you that your service has been suspended and you should contact your service provided (didn't I just do so by phoning the service provider on 809???)
