Invald voucher

I'm so disappointed, I redeemed 3000 loyalty points for 50r Debonairs voucher and when applying the voucher it was invalid, I contacted MTN rewards via email they last responded last week even ntoday nothing I then contacted then Via Twitter and the Suad they waiting for their Technicians.. MTN credit back my rewards cos u failing to sort out this voucher issue
