Interrupt services
I have been experiencing really bad services from mtn lately,my phone calls keep getting cut off every ****** time,I can't make calls I have to every time before I make a call switch my phone and back on again.keeps telling me I have insufficient funds when I got more than enough money on the phone.i thought maybe it's the phone that's the problem so I used another phone and the problems stay the same,this is a business phone and really can't go on like this.if it does come right I'll go to another service provider.

That error is due to active internet sessions that are not properly terminated, because of this the funds are then reserved for the sessions that were activated. The funds will only be released upon a successful de-activation of the sessions by making sure that you close or end any web sessions and apps running in the background, then reboot your handset.
We sincerely hope that this is in order and hope that we are able to restore your faith in us.
