INTERNET SUBSCRIPTION

Good day! I do have a business. Running from home via inthernet. I was suspend, and then I went to pay them. I ask them. What is thae amount I have to pay. They say R480. So I pay the amount. And ask them if it is back. They said yes. It is active. Went home. After week still nothing. Then i went back, and say to the guy it is not working. His awnser was that . Maybe there is a problem with towers. And gave me a nr. Week later i get a sms i am due for payment. I have to pay R507. So i went back and pay it. Ask again will it work. Yes it is active. After week. I went back and tell them . It is still not working. Tell me must go back and reset it.in meantime my work stand still. Cant sent invoices or quotes. So i send mail to vomplain manager. That this was happening because of suspention. Later got a mail from manager that everyting will be up and running on 1st of April. Still after 1st of April still nothing. Send them a mail . And ask him is this part of April joke. Because i do not have time for joke. I am busy loosing money. Then i get another sms. I have to pay R507 on 7th April. I was in town on 4th. Then i pay it. I ask the lady again. Does it going to work. Because i am busy loosing it. She said again it should work . Because it is active again. Went back it is now 6 April still not working. And work is piling up. We stay on farm i have to drive 70km to sort it out. Everytime they just took me for a fool. I do have this uncapped vontracked for 30 months now. I have to upgrade end of July. Was no problems before
