Internet & rica barred

I have called the contact center several times , I contacted the activations dept the internet does not work & the 068 number is rica barred I have 2g2 a branch to have the number unbarred which is an inconvenience. I would like to think I have been a decent client over the years so I don't understand why I am not getting service I should be getting.
