Internet down for 2 weeks due to vandilism and no updates

Good day, i got 3 wifi contracts with Mtn and we been sitting without internet access for 2 weeks and iv been phoning the connection service alot of times and everytime i speak to someone different and always a different story and also that the issue has been resolved and is still not working, till yesterday i spoke to another lady and she told me its off because of vandilism, they cant tell me how long it will take for repairs and only told me this now after 2 weeks of phoning, im sitting with so much data i cannot use or work from home. I dont know how to handle this situation anymore? How and when will this ever ve sorted out!!
