Internet down
MTN Data has been down since Thursday 02 July 2020 at the following GPS coordinates. 25 32' 12.99"S & 27 11' 50.05"E I dont know how to repoort this but it is very frustrating. Vodacom and Cell C are working in this area but not MTN. I cannot use whatsapp, Line or google at all. As soon as I go 1km down the road the signal returns perfectly. Can someone please fix this urgently as I do my business from MTN. I previously complained last week about no internet connections and now discivwer it was not my hand set but the data signal. Please fix

07 Jul 2020, 12:55Firstly I want to say that the problem has now been solved and the tower that was out of order appears to be working now.
Secondly I need to say that I am so disappointed with MTN service as even when you contact customer service (if you ever get through) they always refer you to another department. They need to give a service that actually solves problems and not just pushing you from pillar to post all the time. How easy it would be for them to have taken my problem, found out the answer and rep**** to me with the plan to fix it, but NO, they just send you somewhere else.
