Internet cut, Account Blocked yet I'm paying

I have Limited month-to-month MTN home router and ineternt was cut in the middle of March. I made a payment of R600 on the March and another payment of R600 on the 04 May. I still do not have internet since March

I cannot login to the online system (it says i should visit the branch) went to wonderpark branch and i'm told they cannot help because I opned the account online. I send several emails they do not respond

What should I do?
