internet charges
I have a cellphone contract with Mtn and I'm on blackberry internet services (BIS)which is a service to acess the internet,when I use the internet my airtime dissapears and I always call MTN to enquire but they don't return my airtime they always promise that they will investigate the matter my last enquiry was on the 05th September 2015,I lost a lot of airtime my last reference number is ***.
