Internet Billing

MTN Billed me R 4446.86 on the 1st September 2015 which is impossible as only one person is using the internet and my Bill has always been just over R 300-00 a month .I have spoken to the customer support center and according to them they are correct . I have received the itemised billing and you can see the pattern of my usage on the days I used the internet , and huge internet usage in between . I need MTN to investigate this as I am unable to get an answer from your customer support how this is possible .
