I have been trying to negotiate with MTN to do a sim swap in Switzerland without luck. I have a prepaid sim which is currently under use and I have been trying to port it to my primary number and they can’t help.

I have asked that they ship a new SIM card to Switzerland and still dololo. What should happen now that this number is my primary number which I use for everything including banking, emails, subscription and all.

We are in a digital age. A cellphone is linked to everything.
