International Roaming not working

In March last year international roaming did not work on my phone in the US causing me to spend R1000 to buy a phone.....even a local SIM didn't work. I reported this on Hellopeter on 2 April 2014.<br> <br> In October I visited the US and brought my old phone...all worked perfectly. It worked in the UK as well in November. I arrived here in the US on the 1st Feb and it's not working AGAIN, causing me major inconvenience. I keep testing it but there is no way it is going to work. <br> <br> I return to SA on Sat the 21st. I refuse to pay ANYTHING for the month of February to compensate me for this inconvenience as well as stress to my 96y old mother!<br> <br> This is totally unacceptable. Same phone as Oct and Nov...no settings changed. FIX THIS NOW!
