International Roaming not activated after 1 month

3rd Sept: Migrated my month to month Cell C contract to MTN.
3rd Sept: While completing the contract initiation, I requested for International Roaming to be activated.
12th Sept: Depart South Africa for work out of the country.
13th Sept: Arrive, try to call home. MTN sim not on international roaming. Does not work. Email MTN asking them to activate it urgently. Receive an automated email response with ***.
14th Sept: Receive a response from Berlinda Manyaka, with a list of security questions. I reply immediately.
15th Sept: Out of desperation, I send an email expressing my dissatisfaction.
18th Sept: Still no response. I send another email.
21st Sept: I receive an email from Ronald Malimatswana stating that my request has been escalated and I must expect a response within 2 to 24 hours.
29th Sept: No response received. 8 days later... I send another email asking what on earth is going on..
1st Oct: Time to submit this on HelloPeter.com...

Never in my life have I experienced such useless service from a company. The worst thing I did was move from Cell C. Cell C is light years ahead of MTN when it comes to customer service and responding to customers needs.
