International roaming discontinued

I am in China on an extended business trip and found that my international roaming, which had been on permanently for the last 10 years, had been unilaterally discontinued by MTN SP. This means that my RSA clients can no longer get me on the telephone and I cannot do any banking, as I cannot receive the OTP via SMS. As I was unable to pay SARS in time, I have now been charged R 20 000 in penalties and interest. I wrote to MTN, sent application forms etc. but still no roaming service after 1 week! Very poor service indeed! The answer I get is that they have restored the roaming; it is now my problem to sort out further. Bernardus Jansen.
