International Roaming

I activated my roaming before I came to the United States on the 19th of May 2023. Since I have been here my roaming has not been working and all I want to have activated is my SMS roaming.

I have been struggling for two months with this roaming issue and this is making me incur extra costs unnecessarily.

I have sent emails back and forth and still have no precise way to get my roaming to work for SMS’s so that I can get my OTP sms’s.

The customer service of MTN seems to be untrained and not willing to go the extra mile. They have enough customers and they don’t care about the few that experience issues.
