International Roaming
After phoning customer service to activate International roaming, I'm sitting in Italy without the comfort of using my phone. I did everything on my side to make sure everything runs smoothly on my trip, but MTN chose not to process my request.

Kindly be advised that international dialling and roaming service is active on the account for line ***.
We do pick up that international roaming service is active on the account but not on the network. We have removed the service on the account and reload the service for you. The service is now active on the network.
Please hard reboot the handset and do a manual search.
