International Calls to Republic of Cuba

Since end of October 2014, my MTN numbers cannot make international calls to Cuba. MTN call centre has been elevated the case to the Network Division but to date no success.<br> <br> My lastest MTN Case Ref. No.***<br> <br> Today is the 5th day to resolve the problem...I'm paying for a service that I can't use, but MTN does not care in terms of charging me every month. <br> <br> I have been in the River Square Mall MTN Branch to check if something wrong with my SIM card or cellphone and even I put my SIM card in another phone but no success. My daughter also has MTN and she can't phone to Cuba. Our phones could make international calls before.<br> <br> The lack of feedback on the case or fast tracking for a solution is what makes me feel upset with MTN service provider as I have been using MTN for 14 years already but I feel that the quality of service has deteriorated and also their customer care as well.<br> <br> I would really appreciate if HelloPeter.com can also put pressure on MTN to help all of us in this situation as we have family and friends in Cuba and we have to make use of other telecommunication service provider to make our calls to Cuba.
