International Call Roaming
<p>I have been unsuccessfully trying for the last 1 1/2 hours to get hold of anyone at MTN who can assist me in setting international call roaming on my phone. I am going on abrouad business tomorrow and wish to activate call roaming.</p> <p>Every time I manage to get through anyone I am told either that their system is not working or I'll have to be put through to someone who can tell me whether the facility is available on my phone.</p> <p>Then I wait, and wait, and wait .... etc.</p> <p>I am fed up with MTN.</p> <p>I want someone who can ring me and set the facilty.</p>

Voice mail service: I have explained to you if you receive a call while abroad and no answer the call move to voice mail function you will be charged for this service, on the itemized billing report the charged will reflect to your own cell number.
We have requested from the back end support help desk to remove myMtn or Internet allowed (Wildcard APN
Note while overboard the credit and usage limit do not apply.
We have sent to you the terms and conditions for roaming and dialing.
