Internal ***** at Burgersfort Branch

on 27 June 2016, someone took a **** ID with my Details on to your burgersfort store, Did 2 upgrades from my data contracts to call contracts, took out 2 expensive phones after a sim swap was done. MTN took R1000 off my account in upgrade fees. After reporting this on monday, and promised the contracts and sim swaps have been reversed. I get a call from the store manager telling me there were no swim swaps done, and they did not ask for a proof of residence. They have a sworn affidavit from me stating this was done, and accepted it, and now I am told there were no sim swaps done, and they have not reveresed anything. this ******** is running around with free phones, running up a bill linked to my bank account. and not only this, this ******** is going to try again because the phones were not blacklisted as of yet. The store sent me a copy of the **** ID, which was not check against my ID on the system, clearly showing its ****. So either the person working at the store that did the upgrades **** to me about the sim swaps, or is changing the story because I requested the Rica docs that he handed in so that they can do the sim swaps and upgrades.

Also this person now has my address because they made him sign the contract. I have no feedback from this store, they have not taken any steps to reverse contracts, pay me back or protect/flag my account. There is something suspicious going on at this Tubatse Crossing Burgersfort store, this is unacceptable.

I will be taking legal action, and I trust MTN are going to get involved immediately. My entire life has been turned upside down with this guy taking out contracts, billing my account as well as taking out personal loans, I am disgusted.
