Internal ***** and ****s

I am appalled by MTN and their internal ***** ****s. I called in recently to take out a contract with MTN and they claimed I had already had one in 2017 that was transferred to their Legal Department. When I spoke to that department to enquire about this contract, they claimed to NOT be able to see what kind of phone I took, whether or not the contract is or was opened, who opened it, where?, was it a telephonical sale or a walk-in. The only thing the consultant could see was my details and a contract worth r900. Now MTN claims I need to email my i.d AND affidavit to dispute this claim that I have no idea of this contract and then they will investigate after 4 whole years, yet they cannot prove even on their side if or not it was taken. Bearing in mind this ****** **** of a contract is impacting negatively on my credit score.. Worst company ever.
