I have been advised to take my issue to you guys for help as MTN ***** department is dragging their feet, its been 9 months and they cant solve the case which is simple. I opened a contract with MTN and took two cell phones at the price of one, but now the person helped with the contract no longer works there. He linked someone's account to mine and now they claim i owe them. I had logged a complaint with them last year and they never said anything, now i logged it again as they have suspended my account and cant call or be called back, also can't use data and receive SMSs. My bosses are angry as i cant be reached and i am afraid i can loose my job

Whats the use cause in a few days you will suspend my account again and i have to complain again and again
Whats hard there as i gave you all the information you can use and you can see the person has an MTN email, and there is also his ID there how hard can it be to track him
I take it MTN is ***********, and users information is insecure as sales people can commit ***** using them
