Intermittent network

I have been calling the MTN coverage number for the past couple of weeks to report intermittent network loss and have been told one thing over and over again that the towers are in area are problematic and are being attended to. In my area we are lucky to have good network for a maximum of thirty minutes every four hours. I happened on the 09/12/2022 and was given ref SMC***. Happened again this morning and they are nowhere to be found (not working on weekends)
