Intermittent and poor \4G\" signal"

Hi,

I am on a 4G package with a ****le that provides for 10 users (******). I have never had signal problems and towards the end of Feb 2016 my signal is intermittent and every now and then I have put the ****le on and off to get signal again. I am travelling all over the country and the same is true of my recent trip to P.E. and Gauteng. Other times the signal is very slow (so much for 4G)

Before you do the same like last time, look at my data number and not the MTN number related to HelloPeter. This is the number of my data package as you will find it on your system ******

Regards,
Estienne

P.s As one would expect the email to [Email Removed] means nothing and ten days later I have not heard anything. This is the type of service that I have gotten used to since all the trouble with my 3G which forced me to 4G.
