Interaction between Mondo and MTN - Refno: ***

In August 2020, I placed an order with the Mondo. I received my MTN sim card and replacement router. After two-three days I took the router to a MTN Service Centre requesting a replacement router. The nightmare began. E-mail upon e-mails. I was holding on for hours to get support with no luck. Neither Mondo nor MTN could replace my router, which was under warranty. Needless to say, we agreed to cancel the contract. It is 4 months later, and I'm still paying for my contract - no router, no service. A horrific experience. NEVER EVER BUY FROM Mondo - MTN Please Help me
