insurence *****

Mtn assistance regarding its insurance sucks and so terrible in other words its ***** , took the insurance last year without realising that my phone was not even covered it was just deducting without covering my phone I only knew when I wanted to cancel it this year becouse it was to much for me when I asked how come my phone was not covered bt yet you have been deducting? The mtn consultants who never have unswers when you have quiry said I should call the insurance and ask them. Called the insurance even sent them emails of the documents they have asked for, their answer was that the person who was assisting me joining the insurance never submitted this but yet it was deducting I asked who's fault is it? is it mine or yours? They said they will make a follow up on my query, since last month they are making me run back and forth to cancell this insurance and I have to pay fr the phone and the insurance that I am not covered for becouse if I dnt it will be disconnected yet I am not covered its totally ***** never ever join that insurance!
