Insured goods not repaired
I have a contract with mtn. Two of my tablets got damaged somewhere in June 2017. I immediately lodged a complaint because I knew the gadgets have been insured. However, till to mtn is refusing to repair my phones.

No cell number details was given for the devices in question here for the repairs.
We do not pick up any insurance service added for the 4 lines.
If the devices warranty is still valid you need to take the devices back to to the store where you have purchased the devices from. The devices need to be send for assessment, You need to take the proof of purchase with.
Repairs need to stipulate on the Job card why they refuse to repair the devices.
