Insurance...... Waiting forever!!!! ***)
<p>Hi,</p> <p>I am really not suprized that the putting in a claim and waiting for the response is taking so long. MTN just keeps on dissappointing me. It's been 2 weeks since I put in a claim and nothing yet. I can't get through to a consultant. The phone does not work any more and struggling with no phone. I am really considering cancelling my insurance with MTN and getting my own!!!!!</p>
I think you should fire your insurance supervisor as noboday has contacted me!! Always the same old story. " We apologize". But nothing gets done. I am so furoius, Not even the MTN store can help me without me going into the store. 808 can't transfer me to the insurance departement. UUUUrrrrrggggggg
