Insurance *******

I claimed from sp insurance and MTN turns around and says my handset is not insured with them. This is utter ******* as I have proof of all the documents sent through to MTN with my IMEI number on. You cant get through to their sp insurance number and they do not reply to emails. They have been over charging me for two policies and now when it is time to claim they lie and state my phone is not covered with them.<br> <br> MTN sucks and they should close down,<br> <br> Don't take out insurance with these ******* as this is ****************.<br> <br> I hate MTN they are the worst network ever!!!!!
