Insurance Theft - Ridiculous Business

Still not getting anywhere with this people... Got feedback from a lady whom I am assuming working at the store as she advised that she spoke with the consultant who assisted me. Her voice sounded fami**** as you can only imagine how frequently I am I'm their Store. She had called me on 6 October for an email and further details to investigate my case which I was very happy about. ONLY TO BE WAITING YET AGAIN UNTIL NOW FOR ANY SORT OF FEEDBACK AFTER SENDING 3 EMAILS ALREADY
