Insurance that I don't know about

I had contact phone with data and router in one contact the phone was paid up and I'm suppose to be left with data and router wich is R230 but all of a sudden I pay R528 with insurance that I didn't have when I was paying the phone no one knows when I took the insurance and for what for I call and get different consultants with different stories. The reason why I don't reverse is that I don't want to mess up my credit record.
