Insurance that doesn't exist

<p>I got insurance with my phone because I thought it would be beneficial if something happenes to my phone. however its been 10 months and nothing. I encountered so many problems just with the claim itself and after I had to drive to a store just for someone to try and assist with the claim because it is impossible to get a hold of anyone working at the insurance department of mtn. </p> <p>I have paid the claim amount and now there is just no answer from them. I have mailed the proof of payment a couple of times and even went to service centre at mtn menlyn so that a consultant can foward the proof and cc a couple of supervisors ect.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would advise nobody to get phone insurance from mtn as it is non existent and probably a made up service as nobody replies to any mails or ever awnsers the phone. I think it might be a ****.</p> <p> </p> <p>So so many problems haven't even been mentioned in this review because its impossible to mention everything but as a last, in the insurance contract i was also promised a loan phone and it states that it would be sorted in basically a couple of working days, its been 10 months and now after I paid the claim, there is no awnser or response from them and i am still without a phone and still have to pay for a service each month that is non existant.</p> <p> </p> <p>Beyond pathetic.</p> <p> </p> <p>Beyond pa</p>
