Insurance *****s

This is ny second complain about Mtn cellphone insurance. I logged a claim regarding my cellphone which is no longer charging on 2023- 01- 23 upto Today no feedback . I've been paying for over two years but the way their insurance is conducting business is disappointing. The claim status on their app has since the 23rd Jan saying in progress and has not changed. I can't use my cellphone as I have fear if it will charge or not. Insurers are ********* all they care about is our money but serving customers they don't care at all. I am disgusted and need action as in today. Imagine if it takes 2 weeks for assessment of claim then how long is fixing the actual phone going to take 🙄 🤔.
