INSURANCE ****

this insurance is honestly a ****, they debit monthly without any issues but when it comes to claiming you have to go after them, agents are of no help with their attitude and there is no superior to handle queries or assist and most definitely no escalation processes. it is over 4 weeks now without any sort of confirmation regarding my claim. MTN service is pathetic.
