Insurance ****

I took a contract with MTN which included iPhone 6s in 2016 and I then insured the handset. Yesterday, I call MTN insurance and they say I insured a Nokia 503 according to their records, they even send me the policy schedule which was my first time seeing it. I tried to go to MTN in Clearwater when I took the contract in 2016 to get the documents where I signed so it can show which phone was insured buy they only keep records for 3 years hence they couldn't help me. MTN insurance shows ma a policy schedule, I need documents with my signature or a recording to prove what is captured on the policy schedule is what I requested. I've been a loyal customer for the past 5 years, paying diligently the premiums and now they tell me I insured a Nokia whilst paying a premium for an iPhone? Why would I insure a Nokia for such a high amount unless they are ******** me. Please investigate this. The MTN insurance reference 586518
