Insurance refuse to replace my handset while deducted monthly premiers

<p>I regret the day i took contract with MTN , i send a claim form on the 10 april 2017 , i went to 3 contact centers seeking for assistance finally they replace the handset with half the value of my actul handset. i went to headoffice at 14 ave cresta to return the handset however they refused the phone and i was told the sales person insured the handset with less value without communication, still not recieved after i send several dispute forms, and so frustrated. i have been send pillar to post i AM still paying the handset and insurance yet i dont have a phone. I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ASAP TO RESLOVE THIS MATTER. i was turned away at 14 ave without resolution and a disgraceful service. </p>
