Insurance Queries - Absolutely Terrible Service!
<p>This is my 2nd Mtn Isurance claim that I have made this year....</p> <p>I waited almost 80 days just to get my phone back.</p> <p><br />When you phone or e-mail Mtn Isurance queries, you NEVER get ANY response!</p> <p> </p> <p>So my phone was sent to Smarphone plus, which by the way you cannot even find a contact for on the internet...<br />I got the phone back and a couple of days later the screens started coming loose!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been tryign to get hold of Mtn and Smartphone plus for assitance, but no one has evern bothered to get back to me. Trying to call is just a lost cause!</p>

I just received a call from Mtn Insurance Deparment. Arragements have been made to collect the phone from me again tomorrow during the day.
It will then be sent back the repair centre again.
I hopethat I will get constant communication and that I will have the phone back within next week without ANY issues!
