Insurance Policy Cancelation

I have an insurance policy with MTN and now I was trying to cancel it ever since from January 2026 Every time I call them they keep on telling me to contact the insurance department. Their number is ***. When I contact them, they always request a current tax invoice then once I forward that they say I will receive a call. It's now April I have never received any call from them except the emails confirming that they have received my claim.

When I was trying to make a claim after I lost my cellphone, it took them forever before I would receive my cellphone.

I don't know what's so difficult about canceling an insurance policy. Everyone I have contact has never said anything straight to me. it's like they don't know what they are doing. someone will make you wait and wait on a call only to tell you maybe you should call again.

This thing is messing up my credit score guys
