INSURANCE - MTN
Having the worst experience with MTN insurance department. These peoples incompetence is very worrying. They continued to bill me for insurance i cancelled. My account got in arreas i called them they confirm they'd credit my account so it can be upto date but however its been a whole year going on months now and nothing. They keep sending me from pil**** to post.
Never take mtn insurance.

09 Jul 2021, 14:22Imagine being inconvenienced financially because of their greedy asses billing clients even after they cancelled. Mtn insurance is really a bunch of *********** people. I spoke to one consultant named akhona her manager charmaine mguni didnt even know the number to their legal department thats how *********** MTN is. I have been on the phone with them since 08:00 till now at 14:22 with no assistance just a bunch of excuses
