Insurance Money Making Business

Been with MTN for many years and been paying insurance premiums monthly for a couple of years. Last month I called MTN to advise them that my sim card in the insured mobile has changed to another number I have on contract with them.

Just received my invoice now and they have charged me a pro-rata premium which has resulted in me paying almost double my insurance premium this month for just a number change!
